Shipping policy
At Brix Ceramics, each piece is made and packed with great care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, timelines, and international orders.
Order processing & shipping timeline
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of order placement. This timeframe allows each piece to be carefully prepared for safe transport.
Once your order is ready, we will send your parcel for shipping. Shipping is 2-10 days, pending on where you live. We do not take any responsibilities of any possible delays in transport, but we do work towards getting your parcel to you as soon as we can!
Packaging & care
Ceramics are fragile, and packaging is something we take very seriously.
Each item is carefully wrapped in protective materials, secured with tissue paper and placed inside sturdy boxes designed to minimize movement during transit
We spend a significant amount of time packing each order to ensure it arrives safely at its destination.
Shipping method & tracking
All orders are shipped from Antwerp, Belgium, where we use different curriers pending if it is domestic or international orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping destinations
At this time, shipping is available within the European Union only.
If you are located outside the EU and would really like to place an order, feel free to reach out via email, we´re happy to see if we can find a solution together.
Taxes, duties & import fees
Please note that prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees. Any such charges are determined by your local customs authorities
Brix Ceramics is not responsible for delays, taxes, or fees imposed by customs. I recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
